Burton Creek Recreation Reserve pontoon not in operation

The pontoon will bet reattached to the mooring tomorrow weather depending.

The Burton Creek swimming pontoon on the banks Lake Dunstan, beside the Clyde Dam has become dislodged from its mooring.
Initial investigations show that the chain is broken. This may require some underwater diving expertise to repair.
We are trying to source contractors to undertake the repairs next week but may not have it back in the water until 28 December.
We realise this is an inconvenience that the pontoon is not operating at this time of year, but we are working on a resolution as soon as possible.
