Dog control - follow the rules

The Animal Control Team has recently investigated two serious incidents that involved dogs that were not under the appropriate control in areas where the signage stipulates the rules for those specific areas.
Before taking your dog for a walk, please familiarise yourself with the requirements of that area and comply with any signs and/or online information posted.

If you don’t have voice control over your dog, please keep them on a lead to be respectful for those who may be nervous or fearful of dogs.
