Public Meetings

Central Otago District Council hold monthly Council meetings, these are generally held on the last Wednesday of each month.

Community Board meetings are held every six weeks. There are also public meetings held for the Audit and Risk committee, the Hearings Panel and the District Licencing Committee. See Meeting Calendar for the full meeting schedule.

Agendas are published online two working days before the meeting. Minutes will be published following the meeting. Agendas and minutes are available by clicking on this link: InfoCouncil

All public meetings are livestreamed on Microsoft Teams. The links to these meetings will be listed below. Following the meeting, recordings will be available on Council’s YouTube Channel and the links provided on the Meeting Recordings page.
