At its meeting on 31 October 2024, the Teviot Valley Community Board resolved to fill the vacancy Russell Read left with the appointment of Curtis Pannett. The criteria used for the selection of this appointment was to find a rural voice in the Teviot Valley, which is missing from the Board.
This notice is published in accordance with Section 118 of Local Electoral Act 2001.
