​Plan Change 21 - Parkburn, open for submission

At the December 2022 Council meeting, the Central Otago District Council (CODC) accepted for processing a proposed change to its district plan, which opened for submission on Saturday 11 March 2023.

Plan Change 21 (PC21) is a private plan change requested by Fulton Hogan Limited, on land near Cromwell adjoining the existing Pisa Moorings residential area.

PC 21 is available for viewing on the Council’s consultation platform: www.lets-talk.codc.govt.nz

A full copy of the proposal and the request for the plan change can also be inspected Council services centres and public libraries.

Submissions close on Friday 7 April 2023.
